As founder and CEO of Cinga Technologies, Dr. Campbell is responsible for all aspects of the company, including strategy, operations, and sales. Jeron has developed and implemented the goals and policies of Cinga to reflect the current and growing need for high quality computing and renewable technology solutions. He strives to maintain a level of integrity and service that will lead Cinga the staffing company of choice for healthcare providers and clients.
Jeron is a Detroit native whose background includes a decade of engineering at Chrysler and Ford, in several design and manufacturing facilities. He has also held senior leadership team positions, in the areas of Data, Accountability, and Technology, for several urban school districts. Always looking to support students in their academics, Jeron voluntarily leads a 501c3 nonprofit that has offered ACT/SAT Preparation, English and Math courses to youth for over 15 years. Most recently, he founded the ACES Technical Charter School which offers a STEM focused, college readiness educational programC.

Dr. Jeron Campbell is the visionary founder and CEO of Cinga Technologies, an Albuquerque-based, certified Black-owned company delivering innovative technology solutions to government, businesses, and community organizations. With over 20 years of experience spanning engineering, operations, education, and nonprofit management, Dr. Campbell leads the company’s strategy, operations, and sales with a commitment to integrity and exceptional service. His mission is to position Cinga Technologies as the premier technology partner for a diverse range of clients. A Detroit native, Dr. Campbell began his career as an electrical engineer with Chrysler and Ford Motor Company. In these roles, he contributed to automotive design and manufacturing operations, leading cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and foster high-performing workplaces. His ability to unify union and non-union teams exemplifies his leadership and commitment to excellence.
Beyond corporate leadership, Dr. Campbell followed his passion for education, voluntarily managing a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provided ACT/SAT preparation and academic enrichment programs to urban youth. This dedication to education propelled him to senior leadership roles in four major urban school districts across the United States, where he served as Chief Data and Accountability Officer and Chief Technology Officer. His leadership efforts have consistently driven transformative outcomes in K-12 education. Most recently, Dr. Campbell founded ACES Technical Charter School, a STEM-focused K-12 institution in Albuquerque, New Mexico, designed to prepare students for success in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics field. Dr. Campbell’s educational achievements are a testament to his dedication to learning and innovation. He holds a Doctor of Education Leadership (Ed.L.D.) from Harvard University, a Master’s in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University.
